Handleiding Quickfeet Trainer
The QUICKFEET Trainer system comes as a flat pack and will need to be assembled. Once assembled the system takes minutes to set up and break down and can fit into the purpose made carry bag.
Please assemble the Trainer first before you install the sensors.
Preparations:
Assemble the Trainer with 1 or 2 people.
Wear gloves in order to protect fingers.
The only equipment needed to assemble the Trainer is a screwdriver.
Please check you have all parts required in the
‘ Trainer part list ’ and none of them show defects before assembling. If you are missing
anything please contact us at [email protected].
We suggest you assemble panel by panel. To assemble a single panel, you need 1/8 of the parts listed above. Please prepare the parts for a single panel and put the remaining parts aside. In the photo above you can see the necessary parts. Attached with and without sleeves.
Lay the two horizontal tubes on the floor parallel to each other with the spring buttons facing upwards, then place the two vertical poles adjacent to the horizontal tubes creating a rectangle with the bulge of the poles facing each other. Make sure the grooves are at the same height on both sides, on the upper side. The smaller gap must be near the top. Then feed one vertical pole through a bungee loop and prepare to attach the pole to the horizontal tube. You attach the vertical pole to the horizontal tube by inserting two bolts through the horizontal tube and slightly tightening them. Only do one side of the panel for the moment.
Now pull the sleeve over the panel end with no vertical pole attached with the number facing the opposite to the spring buttons. Then feed the bungee through the sleeve. Please make sure the bungee is at the top end of your panel and the number is the right way up. The number should not be facing you at this stage. Now attach the other vertical pole by following the same instructions as above. Don't forget to feed the vertical pole through the free bungee loop before inserting the bolts through the horizontal tube and tightening them. Once everything is in place, you may also tighten the first two bolts.
Then tighten the bungee by pulling the lose end of the bungee and keep hold of the fastener so it cannot move. Make sure the bungee sits in the groove of the poles at both ends. Do this to both sides until untill they cannot go any tighter. To keep them in place then tie a knot as close as you can to fastener so they cannot move and get looser. Once the knot is made the fastener should not move whilst the Trainer is being used.
Once this is complete please stretch out the sleeve and velcro around the outside of the vertical pole. Now the panel has been completed. It is ready to be used. Create the other 7 panels and connect together using the corner connectors. When you have done this the QUICKFEET Trainer is ready to be used.
Comments:
All panels are set up exactly the same and only become different when the numbered sleeves are added.
You can arrange the Trainer panels in any random order.
The Trainer should be lifted and not dragged when being moved.
Don't worry when the sleeves appear to be too tight, they will ease over time.
Always check before you start playing whether the sensor is still placed in the middle.
